Cancellations

Full Refund
Cancellations are accepted up to 30 days prior to the start of the conference and a full refund will be provided, less a 5% administration fee.

Part Refund
For cancellations received within 14 days of the start of the conference, a refund of 50% of the reservation fee will be provided less a 5% administration fee.

Cancellations should be made in writing to: cancellations@sepscience.com and a refund will follow within 14 working days of said notice.

Transfer of Booking
Reservations for the conference may be transferred to a alternate participant free of charge up to 7 days prior to the event. Thereafter, a 10% administration fee will be charged for any transfer.
