The South African Association for Food Science and Technology (SAAFoST)would like to extend an invitation to food scientists and technologists from throughout the world to join us at the 15th World Congress of Food Science and Technology that will be held from 22nd - 26th August 2010 at the Cape Town International Convention Centre under the auspices of the International Union of Food Science and Technology (IUFoST).

2010 is now approaching fast and we invite all members of the global food science and technology community to diarise these dates and make every effort to join us in Cape Town - one of the world's most sought after meeting and tourist destinations. The International Convention Centre, in the heart of the city and close to such world famous tourist attractions as Table Mountain and the Victoria & Alfred Waterfront, is one of the finest and best equipped conference centres in the world.
